I always look forward to the ADDY Awards. It's the highlight of the year for the creative community -- a lot of fun, great people to catch up with, and excellent ad and design work that I'm curious to see. We are fortunate that so many talented people choose to live and work in West Michigan.

Last year, Ad Club of West Michigan added the Silver Medal Award winner presentation to this event, which gives our honoree an automatic audience of nearly 600 people to personally congratulate him or her on this prestigious lifetime achievement award. How could it get any better? But better it gets.

Welcome to AD Fair '08! This weeklong celebration of local advertising and design -- March 3-7, 2008 -- has something for everyone: Hell on Reels at Wealthy Street Theater, a Creative Crawl of ad & design firms, B2B and B2C workshops with the Chamber, the big night of ADDY & Silver Medal Awards, March 6 -- and the Blue Ribbon People's Choice Awards.
