My father doesn't fit the top Burger King customer profile of young men who might appreciate the upgrade to an edgy, contemporary restaurant decor. He goes there every day for coffee (senior discount) and biscuits, and helps my mom finish the daily crossword puzzle. It's also a decent fast-food option for vegetarians, which is the main reason I stop while I'm on the road -- or unless I'm in Florida and it's time for coffee and crossword.
